Santa Monica - New starter home (Unfurnished)

Hi !
This is a new starter home for your Simmies ! It includes a bathroom/laundry room and a mezzanine bedroom with a terrace plus the usual rooms of course. You'll also find a big terrace behind the house. 

Voici une nouvelle maison starter pour vos Sims ! Elle comprend une salle de bain avec buanderie et une chambre mezzanine en plus des pièces habituelles. Il y a aussi une grande terrasse derrière la maison.











- You'll need Showtime and Late Night EPs if you want this lot to show up correctly.
- I used my counter walls, you need them.

- Vous aurez besoin de Showtime et d'Accès VIP pour que tout s'affiche correctement.
- J'ai utilisé mes Counter Walls

    I really love this! I was just wondering though, what do we need Showtime for exactly?

      (First thank you and sorry for answering late, I was out of town).
      You need Showtime for some trees, bushes and terrain paints, but I'm pretty sure with some custom content you can replace them easily. ;)
