Gray Bricks - Starter house (Unfurnished)

This is a new starter lot for your Sims, but this time it realy costs under 16500§. Nothing special, just a bright living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a dressing, a terrace and a car park.

Voilà un nouveau starter pour vos Sims, mais cette fois, il coûte réellement moins de 16500§ !
Rien de spécial à part un lumineux salon avec une cheminée, une chambre avec un placard, une terrasse et un emplacement pour voiture.








You'll need Ambitions, Late Night, Pets and Showtime, but don't worry, if you don't have all of them, only a few things will be missing.

Nécéssite Ambitions, Accès VIP, Pets et Showtime, mais s'il vous en manque, seulement deux trois trucs seront manquants.
