    How do I download? I'm so used to getting things from the exchange, haha! I know I press the download button which redirects me to a "4shared" website, but since it is a RAR file I'm lost on what to do next! Thanks!

      First you must sign up to 4shared to download ! It's pretty easy, even if after you have to wait 20 seconds to download the file.
      To open RAR files, you'll need a software such as Winrar or 7Zip, which are free. Once you've installed it (if you haven't), just click on the file and it will open, then click on "Extract".
      I hope I've been clear. :)
